Introduction Beijing Lawyers Association (BLA) is a self-disciplinary professional organization of Beijing lawyers and law firms. Our aims, as expressed in our Constitution, include: -- upholding the dignity of the Constitution and laws; -- facilitating rule by law and social development; -- promoting the interests of the profession; -- safeguarding members’ rights and reflecting their appeal; -- maintaining and promoting the interests and standards of members; -- improving lawyers’ professional conduct and competence.
